Terms of Service & AI Platform Agreement

By registering, accessing, or using AgentBase ("Service"), provided by AgentBase Co., Ltd. ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of a real estate agency or entity, you represent that you have legal authority to bind that entity.

AgentBase provides cloud-based software tools for real estate professionals in Thailand, including: - Dual-Language (Thai/English) AI Listing Copy Generator powered by LLM models (OpenAI / Google Gemini). - LINE Official Account (LINE OA) AI Auto-Responder and Lead Concierge. - 1-Click Multi-Portal Listing Synchronization (DDproperty, Livinginsider, DotProperty, etc.). - BTS/MRT Market Yield & Price Analytics. Disclaimer on AI Generated Outputs: AI-generated property descriptions, translation copy, and yield projections are decision-support tools. You acknowledge that AI outputs must be reviewed and verified by a licensed or professional property agent before public listing or client presentation. AgentBase does not guarantee zero-error AI generation.

As an AgentBase user, you agree that: - You will provide accurate property details and own or have explicit authorization from property owners to list and market the properties uploaded to AgentBase. - You will not use AgentBase to generate misleading real estate advertisements, illegal content, spam, or false price quotes. - You will maintain the security of your account login credentials and LINE OA API tokens.

- Your Property Data: You retain full ownership of all property photos, descriptions, and proprietary client lists uploaded to the Service. You grant AgentBase a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to process and sync this data as instructed by you. - AgentBase Platform & AI Output: The AgentBase software, UI designs, code, branding, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of AgentBase Co., Ltd. You own the copyright to specific listing text generated for your inventory.

- Subscriptions are billed in Thai Baht (THB) on a monthly or annual basis as selected during registration. - All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time within the trial period without charge. - Paid subscription fees are non-refundable, except where mandated by Thai consumer protection laws or explicitly guaranteed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted under Thai law, AgentBase Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of property commission, portal listing rejections, or buyer transaction disputes arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs or portal sync delays. Our total liability is capped at the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
